Cacao and chocolate, are like grapes and wine. Without exceptional cacao, you can not make great chocolate. From our home in Colombia, we are working intently to bring you Tilín Cacao Special Bars, the finest raw chocolate. We use cacao from the corners of Colombia that is lightly fermented and dried. Its astringency is a testament to its high antioxidants. The notes of hazelnut, the hints of red wine and deep berry tastes of our cacao are just starting to take bloom.
